He is survived by: his mother Virginia O'Brien; his fiancée Tammie Mangano; his siblings, William O'Brien (Rebecca Kapstein), Jim O'Brien (Debbie), Denise Masciarelli and Chris O'Brien (Stephanie Carbone Hackett); his children, Eric O'Brien (Jonna Patak), Danielle O'Brien, Brianna O'Brien (Dave Sabol) and Trenton Kosalek; his grandchildren, Gia Rose O'Brien (GG) and Asher Sabol (Monkey Boy); his nieces and nephews, Emma, Garrett, Sarah Kapstein-O'Brien, Madelyn, Morgan O'Brien, Mariah Matthews (Pat), Dante Masicarelli and Brennan O'Brien; his friends, Nick Emelio and Sam Santoni; and also, Coco and Julie O'Brien. He is also survived by his brothers, son, and close friends.
