He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marjorie Palmer (Thomas) and Theron William Palmer; his siblings, Richard, Donald and Phyllis; his wife Betty (Gregory); his children, Grant Russell, Tina Arnold (John), Jerry Russell (Myra), Robin Frisbie (Duane), Timothy Palmer and Andrew Russell (Sevda); and his grandchildren, Grant, Thomas, Heather, Kristina, Timothy, Larry, Holden, Cody, Gaige, Alex and Kellen. He was also cherished by twelve great Grandchildren.
