She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard DePalmo; her parents, Louis Houshultz and Elizabeth Houshultz; her siblings, Robert Houshultz (Donna), Mert Houshultz (Clare) and Florence Bergman (Charles); and her siblings-in-law, Mary, Anthony DePalmo and Frances Manni (Joseph).
She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth George (Armond), Lisa Matthews (Lynn) and Stephen DePalmo (Anne); her grandchildren, Patrick Matthews (Mariah), Alexis Lucian (Michael), Jenna Matthews, Matthew DePalmo, Emily DePalmo, Claire DePalmo and David George; her great grandchildren, Bailey Matthews, Parker Matthews and PJ Matthews; and her caregivers, Teri, Sheri, Captain Lisa, Amber, Pat, Geri and Maria. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
