He was predeceased by: his father Richard J Head; and his grandparents, Fred, Nancy Johnson, John and Cecile Head.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his daughters, Felicia, Amber and Mother Ruth; and his siblings, Richard Head (Jeanne) and Wanda Griffis (Mark). He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
