It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Phelps (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Jane W. Phelps; and his brother Richard Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Phelps; his children, James (Sharon Phelps) and Deborah Phelps of Binghamton; his daughter-in-law Patricia Geres; his granddaughter Kimberly (Keith Wiebe); his great grandchildren, David and Danelle; his granddaughter Nanette (Mark Fitch); his great grandchildren, Lauryn and Mikayla; his sister-in-law Nila Rae Phelps; his stepchildren, Paula, Ron Phelps, Wayne, Marianne Doolittle, Timothy and Gloria Doolittle; and his friend Joel Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
