She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Barschdorf and Angela (Kuntscher); and her daughter Eileen B. McCormick. She is survived by: her son Brendan P. McCormick (Laura); and her granddaughters, Kelsey H. Cho of Raleigh, NC, Emily F. of Palmyra, VA, Krista J. of Raleigh, NC, Elizabeth G. Shackelford of Virginia Beach, VA and Elianna X.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
