He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen and Mary Samsonik, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Stephen, III, Michael (Karen), David (Bethany) and Barbara Nazak (Philip); and his grandchildren, Mark, Alexandra, Keeley, Caroline and Shannon. He is also survived by many nieces nephews and cousins.
