He was predeceased by: his wife Diedre; his mother Rita Marie Foote; and his brother Roland Foote. He is survived by: his children, William Foote, Rita Dougher (John), Jackie Lewis, Sabrina Harrington, Patty Ellsworth, Billie Jo Dougher and Lisa Roser; his granddaughter Stephanie Dougher; his sisters, Sharon Scofield, Donna Jordan and Yvonne Cramer; his close friends, Herbie and Sally Drumm; his pets, Munchkin and Baby; and his father Myron William Foote. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
