He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Devine and Edith Devine; and his siblings, Margaret Considine, Michael Devine and James Edward Devine.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; and his siblings, Patricia Pratt, Agnes Joyce and Martin Devine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and special friends.
