He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Richards and Claire Richards; his sister Barbara Stebbins (Walter); and his niece Wendy Richards. He is survived by: his wife Diann Richards; his siblings, Bob Richards (Betty), Karen Rulison (Joe) and Mary Claire Hoch; and his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Staniulis (Mark) and Susan Cahill (Kevin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, Godchildren.
The family is requesting no flowers. Please consider a donation in Tim's name to The Food Bank of the Southern Tier Tim always said if he ever won the lottery, he would donate the money to feed the hungry.
