He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hull; his children, Michael Bishop, Stacy Rust, Joshua Rust, Tanyann Sims, Shawn Sims Jonathan Hull, Sydney Hamilton, Zachary Hamilton, Thomas Hull and Melissa Hull; his grandchildren, Keegan, Jonathan, Konnor, Gunner, Raiyne, Aleasha, Alana, Taliya, Aiden, Lexi, Bailey, Maddie, Karley, McKenzie, Emerson and Maverick; his siblings, Denise, Byron, Stanley, Leroy and Christopher; and his parents-in-law, Gerry, William and Robert.
Victor was an avid volunteer who loved to donate his time to a good cause.
