He was predeceased by: his father Alexander Pyvonos. He is survived by: his wife Ganna Pyvonos; his daughters, Oxana (Konstantin Nagorny) and Olena Zaguta-Blyiashina (Manuel); his mother Lydia Pyvonos; and his sister Lydmila Astanina. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
