He was predeceased by : his brother Odean; and his son Orrin. He is survived by : his wife Karen Jean Searle; and his sisters, Marlene Reitz and Eillean McCarty (Miles). He is also survived by His 8 children; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the Hopler & Eschbach Funeral Home (483 Chenango St, Binghamton, NY 13901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
