He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Juriga and Charles E. Aswad; his wife Mary Louise Aswad (Mal); his brother Charles Aswad; his brother-in-law Thomas O'Neil; and his son-in-law Thomas McCabe.
He is survived by: his sisters, Esther Aswad of Vestal and Patricia O'Neil of Ravena; his children, Stephanie McCabe of Rockville, MD and Bill (Bill); his daughter-in-law Lisa Aswad of Port Dickinson; his grandchildren, Kait (Chris), Billy (Samantha) and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Madeleine, Taylor, Lindsey and Ryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
