He was predeceased by : his wife Mary L. Paugh; and his son Douglas Paugh. He is survived by : his sons, Eric Paugh (Barbara) of Conklin, Mark E. Paugh and Steven Paugh (Shannon) of Binghamton; his daughter-in-law Karen Paugh; and his grandchildren, Ryder and Julian. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children's Home of the Wyoming Conference, 1182 Chenango St. Binghamton, NY 13901.
