With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William R. Bartlow (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on October 6, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bartlow and Marilyn Bartlow (Whittemore); his parents-in-law, Paul and Ruth White; his brother Richard Bartlow; and his brothers-in-law, Robert White and Carl Ferrier.
He is survived by: his wife Paula; his brothers, David Bartlow (Kathleen) and Brian Bartlow (Maria); his siblings-in-law, Keith White (Lisa) and Karen Ferrier; his friends, Raymond and Alexia Markarian; and his besties, Steve, Karen Burns, Matt, Andrea Holland and Todd Fedyshyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other good friends.
