It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R O'Neil of Binghamton, New York, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. O'Neil and Lucille K. O'Neil (Logan); and his sister-in-law Gail O'Neil. He is survived by: his children, Matthew O'Neil and Shawna O'Neil; his grandchildren, Heather Holland (Scott), Sydney Dennison, McKinley Ackerman (Caden), Callaghan Dennison and Eoghan Dennison; and his siblings, Daniel O'Neil, Dane O'Neil, Thomas O'Neil (Jackie) and Karen O'Neil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
