He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Starr and Lula Starr; his sister Dorothy; his brother-in-law Fred Brenchley; and his brothers, Robert, Daniel and David Starr.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Starr; his son Kenneth; his daughter-in-law Donna Starr; his grandchildren, Karen Starr, Kenneth Starr, Mathew and Colleen Starr; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Starr, Mary Jane Starr, Donald and Thelma Ulmer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews cousins and special friends.
