We are sad to announce that, on July 13, 2025, at the age of 89, Yolanda K. DeSilva of Binghamton, New York, born in Forest City, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald DeSilva; her parents, Nicholas Cost and Mildred Cost; her sister Elaine; her brother-in-law John Cucura; and her nephews, David (Chipper) and Kevin Ohmnacht.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Dilley (Russell), Andrea Cucura and Nicholas Cost. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
