She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Phelps and Jennie Phelps (Northrup); her son Richard Lancor; her grandson Cody Chirico; and her siblings, Doris Manchester, Donald Phelps, Delbert Phelps, Dorothy O'Brien and David "Bobby" Phelps.

She is survived by: her close friend James Wilson; and her children, Carol Phillips (Larry), Steven Lancor (Juanita), Cathy Polyot (Doug), Margie Beaman (Marty) and Nancy Chirico.
