He was predeceased by: his brother Earle Harberson; and his parents, Dr. James Harberson and Winifred Harberson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Harberson; his sons, James Harberson III and Dr. Justin Harberson; and his grandchildren, Sophie, Max and Dorothy.
