He was predeceased by: his former wife Leilani Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Kampnich and Peggy Hamilton Bauter; his stepparents, Dale Bauter and Nadine Kampnich; his siblings, Matthew Kampnich, Luke Kampnich and Sarah Kampnich; and his stepbrothers, Travis Bauter, Kevin Bauter and Jason Bauter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
