He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughters, Elizabeth "Biz" Hayden (Matthew) of Watertown and Christine Grimm (Thomas) of Baldwinsville; his grandchildren, Reagan, Hudson Hayden, Isabelle, Jack and Leo Grimm; his pet Jeter; his siblings, Martha Cook Howard of Vancouver, WA, Lisa Barry of Vero Beach, FL, Joseph Cook of Danbury, CT, Julie Wainwright (Vernon) of Gouverneur, NY, Peter Cook (Barb) of Hailesboro, NY., Frank Cook (Nicole Shippee) of Hailesboro, NY. and Andrew Cook (Katrina) of Hailesboro, NY.; his father-in-law William Milton of Watertown, NY; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Wilson (JD) of Bellbrook, OH, Janice VanNess of Pulaski, NY and Wendy Peters (Dennis) of Ogden, UT. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
