He was predeceased by: his father James Shipman. He is survived by: his mother Gail Peterson Shipman of Ogden, Utah; his wife Teresa Shipman of Black River, NY; his grandchildren, Hailey LaComb, Kalen Glissmyer, Lucille Shipman and Damon Shipman; and his siblings, Glenn, Scott and Leslie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Roy's memory may be made to Hospice of Jefferson County or the Department of Veterans Affairs.
