With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann M. Zukowski (Blasdell, New York), who passed away on February 24, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas J. Zukowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Pokigo (Dave), Eileen Rudnicki and Valerie Johnson (Eric); her grandchildren, Alexa Janca (Ricky), Maxim and Jaxon Rudnicki; and her sister Eileen Bielemeier. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.
