He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Phelps and Esther Phelps (Schnepp); and his wife Sue Ann Johnson (Sue). He is survived by: his children, Stephen Phelps (Erika), Ethan Phelps (Lisa) and Andrea Phelps (Lori); his sister Sally Linsalata; his grandchildren, Keith, Matthew, Kayla, Landon and Colton; and his great grandchildren, Viyetta and Arabella.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kahletown Community Church (55 Kahletown Church Ln, Sigel, PA 15860). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Kahletown Community Church.
