She was predeceased by : her husband Anthony "Tony" Sermak; and her sister Karen Madej. She is survived by : her children, David Sermak (Yvonne), Maribeth Dils (Christopher) and Anne-Marie Asci (Bryan); her grandchildren, Ryan, Carter, William, Elizabeth and Alyssa; and her sister Linda Casey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
