It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise K. Soda of Blasdell, New York, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward S. Soda; and her siblings, Marion Lee (late Jack) and Sonny Kozub (Elaine). She is survived by: her children, Laurie Toporek (David), Edward Soda (Kim), Michelle Soda (Craig Ross) and Juliet Clark (Paul); her grandchildren, Sarah Egana (Tom Prohaska), Sophie Cybulski (Tyler), Carli DiNardo (Chase Earl), Lauren Soda (Ryan Forbes), Lydia Clark, Allen Soda, Tiffany Myres (Jake) and Gregory Toporek; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Charlotte, Zoye, Ella of Madelyn, JJ, Kensley, Riley and Gabriel; and her sister Patricia Cieslica (late Fred). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. - Blasdell (3450 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY 14219). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church (26 Thorn Ave, Orchard Park, NY 14127). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (2900 South Park Ave, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
