She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Blackwell; and her siblings, Leo Altherr (Rita), Henry Altherr (Georgianna), Doris Cain (Howard), Imogene Stevoff (George), Mary Eileen Bleem (William), Leonard Altherr (Susan) and Johanna Bence (John).

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Koepnick (Tony), Sherry Thurber (Mike) and Danny Blackwell (Ely); and her granddaughter Hannah Blackwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
