He was predeceased by : his son Anthony Diaz (Michelle Renee); and his parents, Anicasio Diaz and Candelaria Diaz. He is survived by : his children, Maria Potter, Santos "Sammy" Diaz (Jane Piechocki) and Debra Gilmore (Thomas); his grandchildren, Samantha, Andrea, Anthony Jr., Briana, Nicholas, Celina, Cody, Lucas and Thomas; and his siblings, Ines Calderon, Chelo Diaz, Anna Diaz, Rosie Paredes, Cruzita Diaz Hernandez, Benito Diaz, Cleotilda Diaz (Ruiz), Luis Diaz, Feliz Diaz, Anistasio Diaz (Taso) and Sara Diaz Colon. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
