He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Sr. Davis and Alice Davis (Baugher); and his grandson Ethan. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Davis (Lashua); his children, Tammy McCovick (Bob) of Chesterfield, VA, Christine Proctor (John) of Lima, Annette Carter (Tom) of Bliss and James Davis III (Amanda) of Warsaw; and his brothers, Gary Davis (Lori) of Southington, OH, Larry Davis (Patty) of Champion, OH and Doug Davis (Alicia) of Southington, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel (181 S Main St, Perry, NY 14530). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Calvary Chapel of Perry (181 S Main St, Perry, NY 14530).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lyonsburg Cemetery, 6032 Horton Rd., Bliss, NY 14024, or to the Arcade VFW, 550 W. Main St., Arcade, NY 14009.
