He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Jurek and Cecilia Jurek (Jachlewska); his spouse Jessie Jurek (Walton); his son Michael Jurek; and his great grandchild Ella.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Jurek of Warsaw, Donna Haggerty (Ken) of Arcade, Catherine Buckley (Bill) of Tucson, AZ, Patricia Dunn (Tom) of Pike, Margaret Jurek (Andy) of Arcade, Edward Jurek (Sam) of Williamson and James Jurek (Melissa) of Nunda; and his brother Albert. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
