He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meyer and Cecelia Meyer. He is survived by: his children, Cecelia DeGroat (Trace) of Roscoe, N. Y., John C. Meyer Jr. (Veronica) of Bloomingburg, N. Y. and Lisa Conklin (David) of Bloomingburg; his grandchildren, John C. Meyer III (Cyndi), Nicole Brophy (Sean) and Brittany Meyer (Greg); his great grandchildren, Austin Meyer, Taylor Mae Meyer, Devon Meyer, Aiden Brophy, Adelyn Brophy, Tyler Meyer and John "Buck" Meyer IV; his great great grandchildren, Kylie Meyer, Riley Meyer and Hudson Meyer; and his siblings-in-law, Wilfred Call, Gladys Parker and Linda Deligny.
