He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Parker and Dorothy Sweatland Parker; and his brothers, Dale and Larry Parker. He is survived by: his wife Bonny White; his son James Jr.; and his sisters, Jan Stephens and Cathy Parker. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the LaRobardiere Funeral Home (109 Main St, Camden, NY 13316).
