He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Stagner and Myrtle Stagner (DuVall); his wife Kathryn Bird; his sons, David and Daniel Stagner; his siblings, Margaret Luce, Beverly Scott, William "Buster" Stagner, James Stagner and Donald Stagner; and his sons-in-law, David Gleba and Joseph LoVaglio.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Houseman (Fred), Susan Gleba, Denise Stacy (Randall), Margaret LoVaglio, Wayne Stagner and Kenneth Stagner (Karen); his brothers, Henry Stagner and Gerald Stagner (Carol); and his daughter-in-law Stephanie Stagner. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
