She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob C. Helmsteadt and Audrey Helmsteadt (Robinson); her husband Robert Seitz; her son Robbie Seitz; and her great grandchild Daniel Tiernan Flaherty.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Cusack (Seitz), Adam Seitz, Kevin Cusack and Jamie Seitz-Giacobbe; her grandchildren, Sarah Jean, Julian McDevitt, Amanda Ashley Seitz, John Robert, Melissa Flaherty, Casey Thomas, Megan Flaherty, Joseph Maxwell Grube, Nils Klykken, Caily Linda Grube, Jason Oddo, Jacob Seitz, Francesca Ocean Seitz and Milania Seitz; and her great grandchildren, Avery Jean McDevitt, Jace Cadence McDevitt, Morwen Roisin Flaherty and Alyra Lani Flaherty. She is also survived by her family and the many extended relatives and friends.
