He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Douglass and Laura Douglass of Mary's Hospital; his former wife Deanne K Burke; his daughters, Dawn and Denell; his mother-in-law Elsie; his siblings, Samuel, James, Thomas and Ruthie; and his siblings-in-law, Gene and Jackie Dunn.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Donna (Alan); his stepdaughter Paige; his brother RJ; his grandchildren, Lynn (Tim), David (Kaitlyn), Tyler (Katy), Traci, James, Corrine (Chase) and Lanie; his son-in-law Roy; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Brynlee, Karlie, Owen and Avery.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. (143 Schuyler St, Boonville, NY 13309). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
