He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Winters and Rena Hall Winters; and his brother James Winters. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerry Winters (Sheila) of Forestport, Jeanne Ferk of Forestport, Carl Winters (Brenda) of Forestport and Richard Winters of Forestport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Trainor Funeral Home, Inc. (143 Schuyler St, Boonville, NY 13309). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Beechwood Cemetery (12093 Woodhull Rd, Forestport, NY 13338).
