It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D. Ernst (Boonville, New York), who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John D. Ernst to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Ernst (Grower). He is survived by: his father David Ernst of Boonville; his son Connor; and his sisters, Lee Ann (Lyle Platt) of Boonville and Jan (Jody Martin) of Marcy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

To share in John's love of his canine companions, donations may be made to the Lewis County Humane Society, PO Box 682 Lowville, NY 13367, in lieu of flowers.

“We were so sad to hear of Johns passing. I grew up with John even though I lived in Webster NY. For many years, winter was Boonville and John's family.as time marched on there were many good times at the track and in the garage. summer time was parade time at the mayor's house. We will miss seeing John. Jamie and Nancy Siebert.”
