We announce the death of John P. Kronewitter (Boonville, New York), who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 76. John P. will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arthur and Carol Emmons Bishop; his adoptive father Richard Kronewitter; his grandparents, Ann "Granny" Emmons and Bishop; and his father-in-law Don White.
He is survived by: his wife Collette White; his children, Erica Sunkenberg (Mike) and Justin Kronewitter (Terri); his siblings, Rick Kronewitter (Chandra), Barbara Wells (Jim) and Richard Bishop; his mother-in-law Audrey White; his niece Waverly Kronewitter; and his in-laws, Kurt, Deb White, Denise, Stuart Geiger, Eric, Peggy White, Drake, Yvonn White, Staci and Scott Fair.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mills Funeral Home (301 Post St, Boonville, NY 13309).
