He is survived by: his wife Kelly Terry; his sons, Jacob Bullett of Tulsa, OK and Tristan Bullett of Boonville; his stepchildren, Katie of Boonville and Adam Krupa of Boonville; his mother Evelyn Crust (Rick) of Altoona, PA; his siblings, Jennifer Kayser (Jason), Sarah Bullett Smith, Rachel Klein (Chris) and Eric Bullett (Carissa); and his siblings' children, Abigail Montessi, Corey Smith, Audrey Smith, Lincoln Klein, Gwendolyn Klein, Isabella Bullett and Amelyia Bullett.
