She is survived by: her father Velton Smith of Erieville; her children, Theresa Smith (Chris) of Eaton, Joshua Miner (Jesica) of Long Beach, CA and Sarah Tallman (Jack) of Madison; her brothers, John Smith (Amy) of Morrisville and Velton Smith, Jr. (Michelle) of Fishersville, VA; her grandchildren, Kayla Sue Carolyn Cole, Grace Smith, Jennifer Smith, Jonathan Miner, Alyssa Braun and Ryder Tallman; Priscella Ammon (Chuck) of Morrisville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
