He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DiMaggio and Edna V. DiMaggio (Dutcher); his sons, Jeffrey DiMaggio and Kylle DiMaggio; and his siblings, Lillian Zareski (Benjamin), Angela O'Brien (David), Terry DiMaggio (Madeline) and Arthur Gifford (Barbara).
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Daniels of East Greenbush, Scott DiMaggio of Haynersville and Lisa Bryk (Michael) of Averill Park; his grandchildren, Rachel Bryk, Brian Daniels (Christine), Adam Daniels and Michael Bryk (Krystal); his great grandchildren, Kendall Bryk, Asher Daniels and Michael Bryk; the mother of his children Carol DiMaggio (Sluus) of Brunswick; and his sister Marie McAuliffe (Jerry) of Hoosick Falls. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
