She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. R. Earl Pettingill and Ada Emily Pettingill (Hess); her close friend Donald I. Silvey; her daughter Cheryl A. Hayes of Arlington, TX; and her sisters, Leonore Hallett of Union Beach, NJ and Marion Hughes of Langhorn, PA.
She is survived by: her son John E. Williams of Livonia, NY; her grandchildren, Tanya Storm (William) of Big Flats, NY, Melissa A. Williams of Big Flats, NY and John E. Williams II of Big Flats, NY; her sister Mildred Manfredi of Toms River, NJ; and her daughter-in-law Amy Woodard-Williams of Big Flats. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren; a great great granddaughter.
