He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Armstrong and Sarah Armstrong (Harris); his wife Pauline Thomas; his daughter Pamela Armstrong; and his brother Lorimer Armstrong.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Armstrong (Shawn) of Piedmont, SC, Sandra Smith (Dave) of Penn Yan and Hilary Culver (Bill) of Bluff Point; and his brothers-in-law, Bobby Thomas of Rosman, NC and Cecil Thomas of Sugar Grove, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Branchport United Methodist Church (3376 Guyanoga Rd, Branchport, NY 14418). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Branchport Cemetery (3954 Co Rd 32, Branchport, NY 14418).
