She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sienkiewycz and Loretta Sienkiewycz (LaPage). She is survived by: her husband Denis Blais; and her siblings, John (Bonnie Sienkiewycz), Fred (Debbie Sienkiewycz), Deborah (Peter Unwin) and Kathy (David Dunkelberg). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her honor to the Melanoma Research Foundation.
