She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Gillian and Bonnie Gillian (Lovelace); and her husband Gerald Michaud. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Page (Ronald) of Winthrop and Deanna Page (Randy) of Norwood; her grandchildren, Amanda Soulia (Phil), Benjamin Page (Samantha), Joshua Cockayne, Justin Cockayne, Rebecca Collins, Angela Brown (Zach) and Corey Page; her great grandchildren, Alonnah, Wyatt, Brielle, Isaac, Memphis, Hayleigh, Avery, North, Eleanor and Remington; and her siblings, James "J. H." Henry Jr. and Deloris Ann of South Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In a remarkable gesture of generosity, Shirley chose to donate her body to advance the science of medicine, touching lives even in her passing.
