With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jose Manuel Diaz Muñoz of Brentwood, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 20, 2025 at the age of 77. Though Jose may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Michael J. Grant Funeral Home (571 Suffolk Ave, Brentwood, NY 11717). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church (266 Wicks Rd, Brentwood, NY 11717).
