She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rapp and Camilla Rapp; and her husband Chuck Foland. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Walczyk (Bob), Caryn Dennison (Bruce), Charlie Foland (Denise) and Craig Foland (Christine); her sister Nancy Hutchinson; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Foland (Lawrena) and Cathy Wolffbrandt (Eric). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:59 AM at the Eastwood Baptist Church (3212 James St, Syracuse, NY 13206). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
