She was predeceased by: her uncle Austin Bartlett. She is survived by: her parents, Paul O'Neil and Laurie O'Neil (Steven Burdick); her children, Kairi, Giovanna Brazie and River Shampine; her sister Sarah Jaczynski; her uncle Mark; her aunt Shirley Burke; and her niece Valamaya Wall.
